Unable to locate auto-start services option in Ambari server UI

PROBLEM:

With a requirement to disable auto-start services before an upgrade, the auto-start services option seems to be invisible in the Ambari server UI.

ROOT CAUSE

This issue occurs when the cascaded style sheets and javascripts from previous version still exists under webapp location on Ambari Server.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, remove *.gz files from /usr/lib/ambari-server/web/javascripts on the Ambari server.
