Hello All,

     When I try to restart or stop or start any services, the background operations in Ambari does not list the operations. It shows no services to show. It was working fine earlier and now all the previous operations are also missing in the list.

@JoSam
 As the issue pertains to Ambari please try to share the below file please tokenize sensitive data only

  • ambari-server.logs
  • ambari-server.properties
  • /etc/hosts

And the output of  # hostname -f  I have seen an instance where the IP  in /etc/hosts doesn't match the one from the output above.

Was the cluster functioning well if so what changes did you make that could have triggered?

@JoSam but restarting the Ambari server can not solve the problem completely, right?
