Wanted to move services to other node, when I clicked Services option I only see options RESTART/STOP/TURN OFF MAINTENANCE MODE options. I don't see MOVE option. However this option appears for the services in other nodes. Any suggestions what needs to be done to view MOVE option.

You will have to use ambari APIs in order to move a component from one host to another host. Because "Move" option is not available for all the host components in th ambari UI. So please refer to the following link as an example:
[1] https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AMBARI/Moving+Metrics+Collector+to+a+new+host
- Other approach will be to click on the "Move" button in the host page in the UI. But this option is not available for all the components.

The newer the version of Ambari, the more "Move" options you have. For example, in latest Ambari-2.4.2 you can move using Ambari: NN, RM, ATS, MR2 History server, Hive HS2, Metastore, WebHCat, MySql server, Oozie server, AMS Collector. To move a Journal node search for an article on HCC. To move a Zookeeper node, add a new one to the target node, then delete the one on the source node. Also, in the latest Ambari, you can consider moving a non-supported component, like Falcon or Atlas, by deleting a service, and installing it again on the target node. This might have some negative side-effects, so be sure you understand what's going on.

Can you please let us know what all services you have on to-be-migrated host?

I'd like to share a trap of MOVE AMS.
In Ambari 2.4.0.1, There is "Move Metrics Collector" in the Web UI. And I had attempted, the trap is during the wizard, it not mentioned the whole cluster will restart, but it do restarted. ......
later, I found http://docs.hortonworks.com/HDPDocuments/Ambari-2.4.0.1/bk_ambari-user-guide/content/moving_the_metr...
But not try it, and don't know if this also will make cluster restart.

That's not a trap actually but a designed behaviour that once you move the AMS collector to a new host other services need to be restarted so that they can send the Sink Data to the correct metrics collector host. The Document also says that in step6
For every service, use Ambari Web > Service Actions > Restart All to start sending metrics to the new collector.
Because most of the services sends data to the AMS so they need to be aware of this config change and hence need to be restarted.

I was able to stop services, amberi-agent on node and was able to delete node. Installed the deleted services on another node. Thank you @Jay SenSharma
