consider opening a case with Hortonworks support, looks like you can't avoid having a webex with support.

Dear Artem,
Thank you for your update on the issue.
Could you please let me know process for "Opening a case with Hortonworks support " and is i need to take premium service ?
Your concerns are appreciated.

you have to be a paid customer. If so, you should have access to support.hortonworks.com and open a case. If you're not a customer and would like to be, let us know your location and we can get you in touch with an account representative who can initiate this process. @Shiv kumar
