Fail when add cluster

After I deleted the old cluster and then recreated a new one. I had a new error never got before at the Command Details step. I don't know exactly what is the reason, can someone help me fix this issue?

here is the Error Log of Cloudera scm server:

@Tung if you are configuring a new cluster then the NN data directory should be empty, otherwise, NN formatting will fail. Please check if that's the issue else please paste the full error stack

Please expand the task there you will be able to see more errors

FINISHED, success:false, msg:Failed to format NameNode

Thank you, I resolved it after clear all /dfs/nn and /dfs/dn at all nodes, and recreated all databases.
