							 @hadoopranger you can check the atlas application.log file for why atlas is not able to pull the ranger policies and create a cache, also just restart atlas with the below command to verify the error and if the ranger plugin is working fine or not.  # grep application.log | grep -i "ranger.plugin"

							 Hi, @hadoopranger spool directory can start filling when the ranger plugin for Atlas or any service is not working properly, please check the Rangers plugin status page if the plugins are getting synced or not.    Ranger -> Audit -> Plugin Status -> cm_atlas (see if you have any orange color warning symbol under this)

							 Hi @MaraWang it seems like the user itself is not present in ranger, you need to sync the user from your sync source for ranger, and after that, you need to prove RWX access on hdfs path "/user" under ranger -> cm_hdfs repo, either create a new policy for this or add into an existing one.

							 hi @FrozenWave if the OS team has changed the FQDN then the agent will capture that change and display the same in CM UI. The agent does # hostname internally to get the FQDN.     So this is coming from LINUX's side not from CM's side.
