Failed to download hbase from s3.amazonaws.com for Building Ambari Metrics Collector 2.7.4/2.7.5

I built ambari server 2.7.4 or 2.7.5 for testing from source and met this error which could not download these components with the 403 return code :

So how can I get authorized to download those components?

I am experiencing the same problem when trying to compile the Apache Ambari 2.7.5 community.

I ended up pointing some links to https://archive.apache.org/ but I don't know if it's the best option.

Has anyone found any other public repositories?

I found a mirror source here, but the dependent packages need to be downloaded one by one. https://repo.hortonworks.com/content/groups/public
