Falcon cluster definitions do not work with HA namespace. If you want to replicate from one HA cluster to another, you CANNOT specify the HA namespace in the Falcon cluster definition, you MUST specify one of the two Namenodes.

Obviously this is an issue in the event that the NN specified goes down for an extended period of time. Looking for a solution for H/A to H/A inter-cluster replication
