HDPCD(non java) exam not available to register in examslocal website.​Is HDPCD exam retired?

I am not able to find HDPCD exam in the examslocal website.Please help.

We are doing some maintenance behind-the-scenes on the registration process for the HDPCD exam. You will be able to register for the exam today after 3:00 pm CDT.
