HUE LDAP authentication TLS issue

When setting hue ldap integration, I would like to know why the setting is not applied when unchecked like the first picture 

I confirmed that it had to be put in the snippet like the second picture to be applied.

Aren't they the same configuration value?

This is a known issue and is resolved in releases 7.1.8 and 7.2.16.0. What is the CDP version you are using?

It looks like the use_start_tls is set to true by default.
