Hive Replication takes a long time

I configured Hive replication schedules and found replication job took around 3 hour. Looked into the details of job, It was found that even 0 files expected to be copied, the 'Import Hive Metastore' still costed more than 2 hours.

What can I do to improve the performance of Hive replication?

From the performance csv file, it shows that the job has a lot of partitions to be copied. Does it matters to the performance of Hive Metastore importing job?
