Hive metastore canary failed to create catlog

When I am going to install hive and hive on tez following issue is reflecting again and again in my cluster

"hive metastore canary failed to create catalog"

can anyone please have a solution for it.

The alert message does not give more information to check, review the HMS and CM service monitor logs related to this issue and provide the stack-traces.
