I appeared HDPCA exam on 1st october, but due to some technical issue on examlocal environment my exam could not be loaded. When I chat with support team, they told me that I will get refund of my exam fees within 2 business day. But I have not received the refund yet.
I have sent mail to certification@hortonworks.com and ExamSupport@psionline.com. but no one responding me.
Can some one guide me on any alternative to contact the exam authority.

I have received e-credit on my examlocal account. Now I will be able reschedule my exam again.
