How to obtain cloudera credentials for install Ambari 2.7.5

i want to install Ambari 2.7.5, refer to page

after log in to cloudera and navigate to https://my.cloudera.com/ .

I'm can't file a non-technical case within the support portal (https://my.cloudera.com) to obtain credentials. because i haven't Permission.

what should i do.
