How to use the HBase sink in SAM?

I'm trying to use an HBase sink in SAM, but how do I configure the endpoint? E.g. HDFS asks for the cluster name. I just get an error because it cannot connect to read the tables.

After fixing the proxy settings for SAM and adding ACL entries for the users, the sink can be configured as usual. It's now possible to select a cluster.
