Is Ranger KMS Encryption FIPS 140-2 compliant ?

I need to know what exactly provides the encryption for ranger KMS.

Is it's FIPS 140-2 compliant ?

Ranger KMS is based on Hadoop KMS https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/stable/hadoop-kms/index.html
