Is there a Developer or Non-Production license available for CDP Private Cloud?

"Hi all, I am a Data Engineer looking to test and familiarize myself with the latest Cloudera Manager and Cloudera Runtime 7.x features. Since Cloudera Express is deprecated, does Cloudera offer any Developer License, Academic License, or a low-cost Non-Production subscription specifically for sandbox/R&D environments? Thank you!"
