Looks like on the host where the metron enrichment is failing to start, there you might have already installed some packages (may be of Different version) and hence the yum is complaining that the package is already installed hence "Nothing to do" and also we see many other messages like "Skipping installation of existing package",

2017-11-1223:36:59,785-Execution of '/usr/bin/yum -d 0 -e 0 -y install nodejs' returned 1.Error:Nothing to do

.

Please check if the version of packages are same as desired or a different version of packages are already installed.

Specially please check the "nodejs" version to verify if it is coming from correct repo and the version is expected.

It will be also good to list the repos from the "/etc/yum.repos.d" directory, It will be good to list the repos and share the output of the following commands:

# ls -l /etc/yum.repos.d/
# grep 'baseurl' /etc/yum.repos.d/*
# yum repolist
# yum whatprovides nodejs

.

Also it will be good to perform a yum clean all on that host and then retry:

# yum clean all
