If I want to deploy Atlas on a cluster, should I install Atlas in every node of the cluster?

If the answer is yes, which node is the best to install Atlas? the Master node which run Namenode of hadoop or other?

Its not required to install Atlas on every node of cluster. You can certianly take a look at http://atlas.incubator.apache.org/HighAvailability.html for high availability options for Apache Atlas.
