NIFi Error when creating a paramater: org.apache.nifi.web.util.LifecycleManagementException: Failed while waiting for components to transition to state of STOPPED

I run into the below error when creating a paramater. This is NiFi version 1.11.4. Any thoughts?

I see you are already running a Hotfix release version (2.0.4.3-1). It included fixes fro 

NIFI-7968

NIFI-7984

NIFI-7994

NIFI-8054

CFM 2.1.1 appears to includes all above except NIFI-7984.  So if you request a hotfix against 2.1.1 for this issue, you would need this Jira plus NIFI-8419.
A new Hotfix on CFM 2.0.4 would additional.

The 2.0.1.x, 2.04.x, and 2.1.x are all CDP Private Cloud releases of CFM.

Thanks for taking time to explain, trying to untangle the version numbers etc. are a new challenge. 🙂
I guess I was confused since our cloudera runtime still says cdh7.1.5...
I need to get with one of my coworkers on this, because my access still won't let me create a support case. 😞
(which is why I am here. 🙂 )
