Please recommend about DNS server

Current we are plaining build CDP Private Cloud .But current stuck at dns server. our environment we have internal dns system using Active Directory for Client and server in enviroment production. But new project about CDP Private Cloud i worry heavy load dns . As my understand then three option about using dns

1. Using hosts file

2. Build DNS local as component of CDP Private Cloud and all host will using dns cloud , when need internal domain will forwarder to Internal DNS -> External dns (8.8.8.8)

3. Using Direct to DNS Internal (Active Directory)

please recommend about this

this link seen only recommend using dns server , but here two way to using dns is build linux bind dns local or using exists AD DNS
