Slow query in Hive

I have a WF which runs daily on Real and Beta.
I found that there is a problem running my WF in beta today.
The WF in real takes around 90-120 minutes.
But in beta, the WF takes about 8 hours.
I don’t understand the 8 hours run time in beta because the real data is much larger than the beta data.
Can you please tell me how to reduce WF execution time in beta?
