Hello,
I was using Cloudera Enterprise 5.16 (Trial) which is now downgraded to Cloudera Express, since then I am facing issues starting Reports Manager. I am using the default embedded database.

@wert_1311 Report Manager is Cloudera Enterprise feature only. So in express it's expected behaviour. You have to purchase a license to use the Report manager and some other Enterprise feature.
