What is the minimum subscription tier and pricing metric for CDP Private Cloud On-Premises?

"Hello everyone, I am researching the licensing model for Cloudera Private Cloud. Could someone clarify the baseline metrics for an On-Premises deployment? Is the subscription billed per Node or per CPU Core? Also, is there a minimum number of nodes required for a starting enterprise subscription? We want to budget this for our upcoming infrastructure planning."
