cloudera live with gogrid charge user for the trial period

I really got a shock to see gogrid has charged on my credit card for the usage during trial period of cloudera live. I have used it only for 10 days and deleted the service. Not sure if it is system issue that they charge and revert back. I have mailed /logged support case. Need to wait and see what issues are there at their end or at my side.

Has anyone faced similar issue with clouder live and gogrid? Please share...

got the refund from GoGrid!! Really appreciate Cloudera Live support for quickly acting on and requesting GoGrid to look into the matter. Thanks!
