i lost my cloudera CCA175 certificate. How to retrive/download it?

i cleared the certification CCA175 last February. The certification was mailed to me. After that i changed my organization and also my emailid. Now i dont have access to old email. How can i download the certificate? I have the License number with me. But i dont see any option in Cloudera to download the certificate. Can you please help?

@Nithin_A, Your best course of action is to email certification@cloudera.com. The certification team will then look into the incident and reply to you directly.
