real time issues in hive and spark

I just wanted to know that what are the issues in hive and spark that mostly faces in production , and how to figure out this.

Generally, in Hive you may see Query slowness, Query failure, Configuration issue, Alerts, Services down, Vulnerability issue, some bugs this kind of issues you may see.
