As the failure message says :

Please check the logs for more information.

So in order to find out the cause of failure we will need to look at ambari server logs for more detailed messages.

Hence please share the following files for initial investigation..

/var/log/ambari-server/ambari-server.log
/var/log/ambari-server/ambari-server.out
