Try to change your producer config:

com.sun.security.auth.module.Krb5LoginModule required
useTicketCache=false
useKeyTab=true
storeKey=true
keyTab="path to the file.keytab"
principal="kafka/ip-10-197-17-69.eu-west-1.compute.internal@DOMAIN"

And try to change the consumer config:

security.protocol=SASL_PLAINTEXT
sasl.mechanism=GSSAPI
sasl.kerberos.service.name=kafka
