The coprocessor is not showing up in the logs. it is registered in the ambari custom hbase-site.xml The jar files were tried both in the hbase classpath and hbase home

split your ingest into different NIFI nodes depending on their location. from there do some initial clean up, send it to kafka which can send to your remote hadoop cluster for landing in HDFS.

I have added a custom built Java jar file to the HBase Classpath. I added to the hbase-site.xml with Ambari. How can be sure that my endpoint co-processor was available to HBase? Can I test it via hbase shell?

NIFI would be great for this, have it do some basic cleaning on ingest into HDFS and do further cleaning with a Spark or Pig job

Think yarn is low on memory it needs extra data overhead for 3 spark jobs Have you tried nifi
