Copy mysql-connector-java.jar jar file into /usr/hdp/current/oozie-server/oozie-server/webapps/oozie/WEB-INF/lib folder, this will solved problem

Changing from Oracle 12c to MySQL resolved this issue. I can't really place my fingers on what it is that made Oozie epileptic with Oracle 12c.

Or if you want to do it in a dirty way. ( Ravi's way is obviously cleaner ). Replace the drive make sure it works and restart the datanode. Same effect but the datanode will be out of the system for a shorter period of time.
