So that will solve us installing the ARM of windows 11 to run on our mac m1 /m2 right in the UTM VM, but now we have to understand that Virtual Box has just started with the development of Virtual Box 7.0 which will support the Windows 11 ARM running on our m1/m2. See I ran into this problem too! Unfortunately, Virtual box is not compatible with mac M1 (silicon chip) and requires intel. I am also trying to learn Hadoop and use Cloudera but hey @Sainath90 I just found a VM called UTM gonna use it right now and see if it can be a alternative to Virtual Box.
