If you want to delete role of TP, you can delete with any error message. 1.Click "Cloudera Management Service". 2. Select "Instances" tab in the Cloudera Management Service. 3. Choose " Telemetry Publisher" and click "Action for Selected" menu. 4. Choose " Delete" in the "Action for Selected" menu. 5. Popup "Delete Role Instances" and click "Delete" button.

Hi - It looks like this error is being caused by having two persistence providers in the providers.xml. You may need to add the file-based provider properties (providers.flowPersistenceProvider.file-provider.property.Flow Storage Directory and xml.providers.flowPersistenceProvider.file-provider.class) to the nifi.registry.providers.ignored list so that they are not added to the xml file when CM generates it. This definitely was the issue and the fix for me. I saw both jar files already in the java/lib/security dir and failed to replace them with the downloaded UnlimitedJCEPolicyJDK8 jar files. It took me a long time to get back to replacing the files. After doing so, I restarted CMS successfuly. Thanks for the post!
