Looking at the error, it seems like you're trying to process an insert as an update. Check the logic of your pipeline. If it was working before, something must have changed.

You don't even need to scan the network. If you're using a default Pi image, it does multicast DNS. As soon as it boots, you can just do ssh raspberrypi.local from a machine on the same subnet.
