@chhaya_vishwaka The screenshot showing the cluster is not registered so can you check on that part first even in left hand side the source path is having same message. So this seems to an issue with Cluster registration first.

@Magudeswaran Yes, in that case you have to check that the credentials you are providing is correct. Look at Ambari server logs, so that you can get more info.

@Ismail27 Have you tried admin/admin ? What is the error message you are getting? You might have to see the Browser dev console output to check what’s going on, this way you can start troubleshooting.
