Hello @svasi , Could you please share the screenshot of the issue? Here are few points you can check: 1. Make sure the Internal-Repo link is correct. 2. Please check if the CM server is able to access the Internal- Repo server because the CM server will download the parcels from the web server and will distribute them to the other hosts. You can try the "Telnet " command and see if the CM server is able to access the repo server. 3. Are the internal repo server and CM server on the same host?

@rok, Also, I would like to let you know that t here are few services (Most of the CSD-based) where the Role log file is not supported in UI neither we can enable it. The only way is to manually go into the host and see logs in needed.

@hiel , What are the privileges/access this admin user is having on the cluster? Have you tried to check this scenario with another Admin user who is having full administrator access on the cluster?

@Zhaojie , when you see these alerts messages on the cluster, have you checked the load on a cluster? Also, in the future when you see alerts related to the Namenode, please check the performance of the NN during these alerts, is Namenode hanging or crushing? Also, please check the connectivity between JournalNode and name node during the time when you have received those alerts. you can try to restart the journal node along with the name node once and see if this resolves the issue.

@sass For the express versions also, you will not be able to add new nodes and anything related to parcels without a valid license.

Hello sass, The existing express cluster will not be affected by the paywall. However, once the subscription has expired you have to go through the paywall expansion.

@emeric Can you share the ambari agent logs or take a look of respective role logs to get better understanding. You can see if hosts are in the contact with Ambari and not having any issue.

@Mondi You can choose any convenient path. Both CM/CDH 5.x and 6.x support RHEL7.2. So you can upgrade the CM/CDH first and then perform an OS upgrade. See the below docs for help. https://docs.cloudera.com/cdp-private-cloud/latest/upgrade-cdh/topics/ug_os_upgrade.html https://docs.cloudera.com/documentation/enterprise/6/release-notes/topics/rg_os_requirements.html#c63_supported_os

First, check the OS compatibility by using a given doc link https://docs.cloudera.com/cdp/latest/upgrade-cdh/topics/ug_os_upgrade_before.html then, if the OS version is fine then you can go ahead and upgrade your Cluster. Also, I have checked the CM/CDH version 6.3.x is supporting RHEL 7.2. So you can go ahead and upgrade your CDH cluster. Please find the below document to upgrade CDH cluster. https://docs.cloudera.com/cdp/latest/upgrade-cdh/topics/ug_overview.html

@wym Could you please check if the host is heart beating or not and also check if there is any duplicate hostname In Cloudera manager go to CM==> Hosts==> All Hosts page. Please try to run with the API command and see if the works. A link has mentioned below. https://docs.cloudera.com/documentation/enterprise/6/6.2/topics/cm_network_perf_inspector.html#concept_wrk_cfb_zfb
