You didn't say what tool or process you are using to access that URL, but in general, those credentials would be supplied via email from Cloudera. Let's just assume you were using Ambari to install HDP. In that case, you would have read, in the Ambari-based installation guide, that:
Authentication credentials for new customers and partners are provided in an email sent from Cloudera to registered support contacts. Existing users can file a non-technical case within the support portal to obtain credentials.

Hi @Mat123,
We are in a transition period away from that version of the Cloudera Quickstart VM, as it was old, outdated and nearing end of support. The previous reply from @HadoopHelp is a good suggestion, you can still download and use the HDP "Sandbox".
If you really must have that version of the QuickStart, please see the solution found here.
