I found the problem. Earlier I had problems with the SSH connection and so I manually installed the Ambari agents on the nodes. After I resolved the SSH problems, I forgot to remove the Ambari agents. That was causing the problem during the "Confirm Hosts" step. So after I removed them from the failing nodes, it worked.
