thank you for your answer, i have tried to use the driver you mentioned but still get the same error. i am using hive on windows 10 hdp-virtualbox , i included the jar files in my eclipse project. maybe i am including the wrong files? could you please send me a download link to download all the resources required for the jdbc connector to run with hive on sandbox? and let me know which libraries to include in the classpath or the eclipse project.
