Hortonworks is not giving out correct results for exams. I have had similar experience where I kept on sending them mails everyday and after 20 days they sent me a FAILED result. I know I was 100% Pass in this exam. I again attempted the same on 4th Feb and they did not declared it till yesterday. within this duration i had mailed them twice and today morning I lost my patience and sent them a shouting email to get a response. They replied back with a FAILED Status. I am 100000% sure that I havent failed this exam. Hortonworks should understand that this is not a cheap exam and should do their valuation properly. Also, After paying this big amount there has to be a channel to raise request to re-evaluate my exam or to raise and escalation on this except the one and only channel. I HAVE LOST TRUST IN HORTONWORKS.

Dipankar Mukherjee I also attempted the same date as yours, and still waiting for my result. This is really frustrating. I have raised 3 tickets as of now but there is not response. I am trying to get a escalation route for this support team.
