Updated cluster Yesterday. Had same issue. Copied the lib and conf folder under /usr/hdp/current/storm-nimbus/contrib/storm-jmxetric/ directory from the other cluster to all nodes with nimbus and supervisors. Worked for me. Note: We don't use storm service and don't have any typologies. Its just an unused service so didn't see any issue in doing so. Might be different in your case.
