Thanks for the article. Very nice. I see that you're running on a Mac. I am trying to use ODBC through Knox on a Windows machine but in my ODBC setup I am not given the Authentication option of HTTPS - only No Authentication, Kerberos, Username, Username/Password and Windows Azure.
