Hi Roy, It seems like your JVM Heap sizes configured incorrectly. Better check the JVM opts and heap spaces. (Since it is not able to launch vm)

It seems your data nodes has some issue, thats why you are not able to write the sharelib directory in hdfs. Please note that the HDFS file listings will work because you have presently working Namenode in your cluster. Try to write some file in HDFS or create some directory and make sure you have working HDFS.

Thanks Denloe for your response. I actually got one more doubt. What if there is some other name following with after that ^M ? Should we need to use hdfs dfs -rmdir "/a/b/c/d//20160205^Msomepart" or do we need to use some escape sequence for this? Moreover when I press ctrl+v or ctrl+m the command is immediately executing (it is not allowing to type the second word)
