Hello gzigldrum, Thank you for the guidance. This certainly helps. I will go through both the KB articles you shared and also review the Navigator Server and CM Agent logs for audit health warnings. Will comeback with the findings. In the meantime, any luck with HIVEMETASTORE_CANARY_HEALTH and NODE_MANAGER_WEB_METRIC_COLLECTION? Thanks snm1523

Thank you for the quick replies, Gzigldrum. I have created a separate post explaining the alerts we get. Below is the link to the same. Flooded with failed health test alerts For every alert we get an incident in BMC as HP OVO is configured to generate an incident and assign it to us. Every morning we start with close to around 15-20 such incidents followed by 15-20 in rest of the day. Would be great if you could please post some suggestions to troubleshoot those alerts and help in permanently fixing them. Note: I will accept your previous reply as solution to this post. Thanks snm1523

Hi @nkp, What is your Cloudera Manager version? To follow up with gziglgldrum's post, in case you can not access the article, here are some details copied from there: To configure the maximum heap size of the SCM process, please do: 1) Edit the CMF_JAVA_OPTS property in the /etc/default/cloudera-scm-server file. 2) Alter last line of the file: export CMF_JAVA_OPTS="-Xmx2G -XX:MaxPermSize=256m ..." 3) To configure more heap memory to Cloudera Manager, please change -Xmx2G to bigger value. For example, -Xmx4G. Note: -Xmx2G option specifies 2 GB of RAM. 4) Restart Cloudera Manager by running below command: sudo service cloudera-scm-server restart You may also want to read this documentation to find out what is the recommended heap size for your Cloudera Manager: https://www.cloudera.com/documentation/enterprise/6/release-notes/topics/rg_hardware_requirements.html#sizing_cm_server_reqs Thanks and hope this helps, Li

The CM agent package version installed on this host (5.15.1) does not match the version of the CM server (5.15.0). This is likely due to different YUM repo configuration provided on both hosts, see /etc/yum.repos.d/cloudera-manager.repo You can either specify the 5.15.0 version in yum configuration file when adding the cluster node, alternatively upgrade CM server to 5.15.1 instead. see https://www.cloudera.com/documentation/enterprise/5-15-x/topics/configure_cm_repo.html#cm_repo__section_gsx_ydw_wm

CM API request is an authenticated request to CM server which will be audit logged. One option for you may be to use a dedicated username for your CM API queries, and filter out this username in your query filter.
