In HDP-2.6.3.0-235, tez version is 0.7.0, right?

I downloaded HDP-2.6.3.0-235, where I checked that tez version is 0.7.0.

but in HDP-CHANGES.txt file, there is an TEZ-3491, where Affects Version/s is 0.7.1;

is right version of Tez included this HDP over 0.7.1, isn't it ?

I found exact tez version, 0.7.0.2.6.2.0-205
