Where can I find the latest Hive ODBC Driver for HDP 2.3?

We used to have a link under AddOns on our website, however we only have SmartSense under AddOns at the moment.

I can find the previous version (Hive ODBC Driver for HDP 2.2, v1.4.14) for HDP 2.2 in or Downloads-Archive => http://hortonworks.com/products/releases/hdp-2-2/#add_ons, is this version compatible with the Hive version included in HDP 2.3 package?

Apparently ODBC Drivers are available as of last night:

Any idea what I am doing wrong?
