Hi,

I have a query like

select equipment.`location`.name from a

this works (in HUE), when i try to create a view, i have this error

Invalid column/field name: equipment.location.name

equipment is a complex object under a, and location is complex under equipment, how can i create the view?

Thanks

Shannon

You need to give your "equipment.location.name" an alias that is a valid column name. For example,

create view ... select equipment.location.name as name ....
