"CCP: Data Science" forum no permission to access. Help

I am planning to take the CCP Data Science Essential exam, i dont have access to the forum "CCP: Data Science" (link below). It says i dont have access.

Is there any forum where i can post the questions regarding the CCP: Data Science certification ?

The CCP: Data Science forum is by invitation only to people who have passed the DS-200 Essentials test and already registered for a challenge. It's a place to discuss questions about the data set and submissions.

I passed the DS-200 Essentials test 2 days ago and have registered for the challenge, but I still can not access the "CCP:Data Science" forum. Is it going to take a while before I can receive the invitation?
