Ansible version for a single-node Vagrant deployment?

avatar

I got wind that Ansible 2.0.2.0 (the one pulled automatically by a homebrew) is not compatible with the single-node Vagrant deployment v1.8.1 (osx). Can someone please confirm? I was never able to complete the steps (stops after a service start attempt).

On a side note, it's not trivial to downgrade Ansible to 2.0.x in homebrew, as other versions don't seem to be available (only older 1.9 and 1.8).

Confirmed.

For reference, here's the current version list:

@nallen has a PR up with a more complete readme for the Singlenode Vagrant install. Until it gets merged in, you can see it here:

Singlenode Vagrant Readme

I was able to easily downrev Ansible by using the directions here: Downrev Ansible. Please let me know if that works for you.
