CCA 131 : CDH parcels and CM repo paywall

Cloudera has moved to a  subscription model. One of the exam objective is to "Set up a local CDH repository". Here are questions which i have -

Q1: During the exam do i need to download the CDH parcels and CM rpms? or they are readily available in the file system of the remote machine which cloudera alotts for the exam?

asking as i noticed that few files can be upto 1GB and the downloads may eat up lot of time from the 120 minute duration of exam.

In case i have to download the CM repos / CDH parcels - 
Q2: Do i need to pay for the subscription and exam fees both in order to take the CA131 exam? as without subscription, student will not be able to download the parcels

@puneet336  did you get reply from cloudera ?  Or you are able to download parcels  ?  I have my exam in August.

@puneet336, amd @ravikiran_sharm, emailing certification@cloudera.com is the best course of action for you. The certification team will then look into the incident and reply to you directly.
